Children in Wanneroo have the opportunity to learn and play with the discovery tables.
Discovery tables had various learning and sensory opportunities as we used natural materials. It provided the children with lots of open-ended experiences as it helped spark their imagination and creativity as they mixed ingredients to make love potions and soup.
By exploring the resources, children became innovators, designers, explorers and collaborators as they built, sorted, designed, manipulated, arranged and stacked in various ways.
