This morning we visited our local markets so the children could experience selecting their own fruits and vegetables.

Throughout this excursion, they were not just passive spectators but active participants, sharing their thoughts on the diverse colours and making choices about the produce they wished to collect.

The children each had a go at selecting the fruit and vegetables that they wanted and placing it in the trolley. When we got to the till, they all watched carefully as the fruit and vegetables where scanned.

The shopping trip ignited the children’s curiosity and decision-making skills, leading to a rich and sensory experience.
