There’s been some discussions about dinosaurs across the centre with big brothers stomping back from school with their dinosaur roars and little sisters washing the dinosaurs to keep them clean.
So using this Lynne set up a dinosaur and sand play experience for the children to discover and make meaning of their questions.
The children delved into their own world of discovering the big question of the day:
“How do their feet stomp?” or “look at their toes”
The younger Kindy children wanted to make prints using the dinosaur feet and some more questions came from this experience.
“How big is their home?” and “where do they live?” which will be answered upon our next visit through dinosaur discovery……
