The children gathered in our outdoor play space to participate in an experience of matching the items to their places.
On our boards it has different names displayed along with photos of those names, taking turns our group had to match the photo to the name matching on the board.
Through this experience it was noticed that the children were comparing the name on the picture to the names on the board to see if it looked the same where they then would place it down.
Once their board was completed we as a group then went in and looked to see if they matched assisting with the correct spots of these items.
These children learnt co-operation in group setting along with letter recognition and hand eye coordination.
