To continue our learning through sensory play the toddlers got out some materials, including popsicle sticks, milk bottle lids and some clay.
These items were used to create all the different things the children could imagine including an echidna, a tree and some dinosaur bones.
This experience not only encourage the children’s imaginative play, but also helps to build the children’s fine motor skills as they shape and build with the clay, using their hands.
