As We continue to explore the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures we have discovered weaving.
We sit together and push our material in and out of our canvas.
We discussed how the Torres Strait Islander people weave baskets to gather their food and we wondered if our “basket” would hold much food? And where would we put the food in?
We are sharing our canvas to create a group weaving masterpiece.
