Despite the sweltering heat, the children have still been enjoying all that our outdoor environment has to offer.
To cool down, they made the most of our water feature. They filled their various buckets, watering cans and containers before venturing into the sandpit to make a very big mess.
Educators prompted further learning by engaging in discussions with the children, they used expressive language like empty, full, heavy, and light to support literacy development.
We had so much fun!
