This week we extended on our learning experiences in our supermarket by going on an excursion to buy fruit and vegetables from our local grocer.
The children excitedly walked around looking at a range of fresh foods. We chose some of our favourite fruits and placed them in the basket. We went to the checkout to pay and headed back.
Along the way we looked at some very important safety signs and talked about how to safely cross the road.
