This week our older children explored connected movements in our Tara Yoga Program with Yoga Instructor Sunita.

Using the poses, we have been working:
Sphinx
Grasshopper (both sides)
Surfer (Warrior)
Reverse surferOctopus
Balancing leg extensions (lifting both)

With children who need a challenge attempting:
Sailboat
Owl twist to both sides
Extended frog squat

Sunita then spent some time with us showing how all the moves are connected and how we can easily move between the moves.
