We have spent many, many weeks caring and nurturing our silkworms. Each day we feed them mulberry leaves to help them thrive. We learnt about the lifecycle of a silkworm and some fun facts. They truly are amazing little creatures.
You will never guess what has happened? Some of our silkworms have disappeared and now there are these fuzzy yellow cocoons popping up everywhere. Our educators inform us that our silkworms have transformed and soon they will turn into moths.
