When life throws you a rainy day, we love to run and play!
Catching rain drops as they fall from the shade sale into our buckets below, painting with chalks, making mud pies as well as the experience of sleeping outside. According to research the benefits of sleeping outside are amazing and is one of the best ways to improve quality sleep. This was a positive and calming experience where we all fell peacefully to sleep with exposure to nature, wind charms, cloudy skies, sound of chirping birds and the rain as it dropped onto the tin pergola. We were all super excited to have our rest time outside!
