Extending from our sensory play this week, the children were invited to explore an art-science learning experience with ice and paint.

Colour recognition and descriptive language were prominent in our older age group, while the younger ages preferred to engage with picking up the ice exploring the cooler texture or mixing the colours.

This learning experience aimed to promote the benefits that children can get from shared group learning experiences, which also includes developing pro-social behaviours and learning dispositions for curiosity and colours.
