Last week, the children assisted Educator Suzi as she conducted a monthly check of the first aid kits.
Together, we discovered that we didn’t have many band aids left, and we brainstormed how we could get some more! “Shops!” was the answer. Suzi scheduled it onto the program, and today was the day.
The children, along with their educators, ventured out into the local community, walking down the road to Pharmacy 777. This experience sparked such rich language learning as the children eagerly asked questions about what they could see, hear, and touch.
Our endeavour is to build strong partnerships within our local community.
