Placing paper and bubble wrap on the floor with some leaves, sticks and branches from the garden. The children then rolled their hands and feet into the tray of paint and started to paint.

Some children showed more interest in painting with a brush where others went all in and used their hands, feet, body, and the natural elements.

The children used their senses to paint, swishing their hands over the bubble wrap and paper to mix the colours together. Jumping on the bubble wrap to hear, the popping noises and create hand and footprints.

As the paint was slippery and the children were jumping, we spoke about our surroundings, and how we needed to be careful with others around us.
