This week at Sonas Atwell the children have been busy exploring a range of sensory activities.
Today the children explored flour, pasta, and beads in the sensory tub, utilising the home corner equipment such as measuring jugs, pots, pans, spoons and cake trays.
The children used their fine motor skills to pick up the small pieces of pasta and beads, used many dispositions of learning such as hypothesising, curiosity, persisting and imagination as they explored together.
We have lots of curious minds here at Atwell – and we love supporting children to explore their creativity and senses!
