Sonas Baldivis North – Bike Helmet Safety

To teach our children about bike safety we looked at why helmets are important. 

We began by watching a video that told us all about being safe on our bikes, this video explained that we should always wear helmets. 

We discussed the importance of wearing helmets. We talked about how helmets protect us and keep us safe, we spoke about how they protect our heads. 

We discussed that it is important for the helmet to be tight enough not to move around so that it stays in place if we fall and provides us with as much safety as possible.
