The children of Sonas Bayswater have been painting the inside of egg cartons different colours.
While painting, we named all the colours, talked about our favourite colours and named different things we could see that were the same colours. We also experimented with mixing the colours together in our egg cartons and discovering all the different colours we could make.
The egg cartons are now drying, and this afternoon, once they are dry, we will take the children on a treasure hunt through the garden, searching for items that match their colours to put in their rainbow box.
