During the Easter period the children at Sonas Bayswater celebrated through art by decorating bunnies and Easter eggs to take home to their parents as well as many other Easter activities.

They used glue and coloured shredded paper to decorate Easter eggs and glue, sequins, and feathers to stick on Easter bunnies. The children chose the colour bunny and egg they liked and then engaged their creativity, used fine motor skills to stick the materials on and communicated with educators and one another about how they wanted to decorate it.

Objectives: Develop dispositions for learning such as curiosity, cooperation, confidence, creativity, commitment, enthusiasm, persistence, imagination, and reflexivity.
