The children enjoyed gathering together in the family studio to play the group game “bug in a rug.”
The game is a mat game where one child closes their eyes and another child hides under a rug in the middle of a circle made by the rest of the children. As a group, everyone sings a song.
“Bug in a rug, bug in a rug.”
“Who is it? Who’s is it?’
“Come and find out; come and find out.”
“Who it is, who it is”
After the children have sung the song, the child, with their eyes closed, tries to guess who from the circle is hiding under the rug.
