GREEN SENSORY TRAY:
Our babies explored the GREEN SENSORY TRAY as part of our Literacy lesson for our Pre-k program.
The various materials were made of differing textures allowing for the babies to enhance their sensory receptors through play. The single colour provides the babies with ongoing colour reference through conversations and information sharing with their educators.
We shared with the babies how to say GREEN in our home languages:
Maori – Kakariki
French – Vert
Spanish – Verde
