To promote a strong sense of wellbeing, supporting children to be responsible for their own health and physical wellbeing.

We read and discussed some books about healthy foods and sometimes foods and the importance of brushing our teeth. We found pictures of healthy foods in magazines and cut them out, then fed our paper bag stomach the healthy foods.

We practiced using a tooth brush by using an egg tray as teeth and some shaving foam as toothpaste. We also had a sorting game in the rice tray, identifying healthy and sometimes foods.
