Sonas Midland – DIY Bird Feeders! 

This week we explored all recycling on outdoors!

Our kids made bird seeds feeders out of toilet rolls. They carefully and gently applied glue all around the roll and sprinkled and rolled bird seed all around it. We talked about the different birds that we have native to Australia and what we might see appear in our garden. When the bird feeders are dry we will hang them outside on the branches in our garden.

We then took our bird seed feeders outside and placed them on some bushes we all chose a bush close to the stem room the children were very excited to place the bird seed feeders onto a bush to wait for the birds to come and visit us.
