This week we looked at the different foods that are not healthy and healthy for our teeth. We spoke about how eating healthy is good for our teeth and that brushing our teeth twice a day helps remove the sugars from our teeth.

The children all spoke about how at home they brush their teeth with their coloured toothbrushes and that their mums and dads help them.

The children were very clever at picking out the food that are not good for your teeth and understand the importance of healthy eating brushing teeth.
