This week has been super warm and sunny again.

To enjoy summer and to keep cool, we got our children a little sprinkler. As soon as it got turned on, all the children ran outside, back, and forth over our grass area.

The children laughed and giggled, when one of them decided to hold the sprinkler up and chase each other.

Through this, our children extended their relationship with each other, their confidence and sense of belonging.

Furthermore, active play is an important part of children’s daily practice to explore their own physical abilities such as fine and gross motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
