Sonas Wanneroo – National Simultaneous Storytime 

This week we visited the Wanneroo library to celebrate National Simultaneous Storytime.

The children put their hats and vests on and walked to the library to engage with the community and listen to this year’s chosen book “Family Tree”. All-around Australia, children and educators participate in this each year to promote the value of reading and literacy, promote the value and fun of books and promote an Australian writer and publisher.

The chosen story read across Australia was Family Tree, written by Josh Pyke.

Our children participated beautifully, listening to the story and singing songs.
