This week at Wattle Grove we have been very interested in rainbows after seeing one while we were outside! The children excitedly called one another to come and have a look.
The next day our friends went to investigate the colourful rainbow again but exclaimed that the rainbow is not there anymore and must have gone somewhere else!
After talking about rainbows and how they appear we asked if we could make our own, the children said that we needed all the colours of the rainbow for it to work!
We gathered different materials of different colours and the children were able to create their own rainbow masterpieces!
We also had some fun in the rain this week where we watched it fall so quickly from the sky and water our beautiful gardens!
