The children gathered in the outdoor space to participate in an experience of using natural resources to create and build on their imaginative skills.

Within our tray, the children collected resources such as honkey nuts, bird food, sticks, and leaves, using them to decorate our enclosure.

The children decided to use the resources to create an animal enclosure for our zebra, hippo, and sharks.

Working together as a team, the children separated the enclosures to ensure the animals all had their own space, excluding a little duck who would like to visit them all.

Using our honkey nuts, the children used their imaginative abilities to turn them into people visiting the zoo and then relate it to times they have gone to the zoo and animals they have seen.
