The children have been loving the big dinosaurs at the moment.
This week they got creative and built a dinosaur cage.
The children considered what would be needed to enhance their cage structure, adding trees and decorations, after a discussion and an educator asking questions.
The children decided they needed to separate the meat eaters and plant eaters. This began a collaborative discussion about classification of each dinosaur.
What a great learning experience the children enjoyed fully engaging together.
